The registration code and registration certificate will only be sent to the email address that you registered with. If you no longer have access to that email account you will not be able to retrieve your code using this service:

• If you know your old email address and registration code, you can use the My Account page to update your details.
• Otherwise, you will need to email support@gpsoft.com.au for help.
