No returns or refunds are available for online purchase.

All software products are available for download and evaluation before purchase. The software may be run without restrictions in evaluation mode for periods of 30 days or more depending on the product. This provides ample time for you to evaluate the products and decide to purchase. Once you complete and accept the online order, no refunds are available.

For physical products, exchanges will be given for defective manufactured materials within 30 days of purchase.
